In June 2024, around a week after Ieaving the UK, I finally reached the top of Pot Belly Hill and the megalithic site of Gobekli Tepe. Officially dated at 11500 years old!

Whilst I was there I was fortunate to be able to spend some time with the archaeologists working on site and they told me that they still had at least two more levels of buildings to excavate. Each predicted to be older still!
