Nelson Mandela was always going to play a big part in my journey, just as he had in my teenage years, growing up in apartheid South Africa. From the police training camp outside Addis Ababa where he was trained in guerilla warfare to this incredible day with The Nelson Mandela foundation in Houghton, Johannesberg.
